1. Acceptance
By accessing or creating an account on xCinder, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
2. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform under your plan. Source, marks, and product remain ours. You may not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
3. Acceptable use
- Follow X terms and API rules.
- Do not use auto-posting or auto engage for spam or prohibited content.
- Respect rate limits and sane timing to protect connected accounts.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for your username, password, and stored auth tokens. We are not liable for activity that follows if you share those credentials.
5. Purchaser Terms and auto-renewal
By subscribing, you agree to our Purchaser Terms, and that subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime, at least 24 hours prior to renewal to avoid additional charges. Price subject to change. Manage your subscription through the platform you subscribed on.
- Monthly plans renew on the renewal date unless cancelled.
- Cancelling auto-renew from your profile stops the next charge. Access stays until the paid period ends.
- One-time plans (such as Spark) do not auto-renew.
- Billing is managed through the checkout platform you used (for example PayPal).
6. Liability
The platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee X APIs or uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit from third-party limits or your breach of these terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You may permanently delete your account from Settings at any time.
